Globe International is a manufacturer of surf and skateboard footwear and apparel, formed in 1994 in Melbourne, Australia, by former Australian professional skateboarders Matt, Steven, and Peter Hill. Globe design many shoes in conjunction with professional skateboarders including Rodney Mullen, Mark Appleyard and Chris Haslam. Globe Shoes is currently releasing a series of skateboard videos through the internet titled United By Fate. In 2009 Sirius radio host and "Seventh greatest skateboarder in the world" Jason Ellis announced that he had left his sponsorship with DC Shoes to join Globe International.
