Extended christmas return policy: Don't worry, you can now return all unwanted xmas gifts up until January 10th for an exchange or refund. Please note, items must be in the same condition you received them in whith the original undamaged box/packaging. Remember you can also take your items back to any tReds store. If you would prefer to send your item back please follow the returns instructions on the packaging.
When returning goods to us, all we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them and in their original box. Failure to do this may result in us declining your refund/exchange request.
