Delivery and handling are £2.99 irrespective of the number of items ordered (UK mainland only). Delivery outside the UK mainland (Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Northan Ireland, etc..) may require an extra charge. This charge may be up to £8.50 per item and will be highlighted in red on the "confirm order" page when you select a delivery address that doesnt qualify for our normal delivery rate.

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 working days and individual items may be recieved separatly if multiple items have been ordered.

If the shoes are not as you thought they would be or you simply do not like them when you get them, you have 14 days for a refund and up to 28 days to return them to us for an exchange or credit note. When returning goods to us, all we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them and in their original box. Failure to do this may result in us declining your refund/exchange request.
